Nexus PMG was engaged as the owner’s representative, supporting the developer to achieve financial close. Our services included oversight of the preliminary engineering and project cost estimating process; evaluation and recommendation of final selection of gas upgrading design; development of preliminary engineering schedule; confirmation of permit and regulatory strategy and schedule; development of the project execution plan including the finalization of agreements for engineering, procurement and construction (based on Owner supplied engineering and procurement strategy). A Developer and Investor reporting framework were also managed to keep project stakeholders informed throughout the process.
