A licensed PMP, Brandon holds an MBA from the University of Miami and has completed executive education on the energy transition and decarbonization at Harvard and Stanford, along with certifications from the GHG Protocol.

A project engineer with over 13 years of experience in the power generation, wood pellet production, and pulp mill industries, Clinton has spearheaded the design and engineering of utility power plants, including biomass and fossil fuel conversions, as well as biomass handling and processing. Experienced with executing projects from early development through detailed design and construction assistance, Clinton has guided many projects from concept to successful completion.

David is a project engineer with a degree in chemical engineering who has held many process and project engineering roles on multiple chemical sites with years of experience working on FEL-3 and FEL-4 design projects in the specialty chemical space at an EPC firm. He is focused on process improvement, safety design, and site coordination. In current role at Nexus PMG, David has supported the completion of process and project engineering deliverables on a FEL-2 project that converted biomass to fuel.

An Accounting and Administration Assistant at Nexus PMG, Deborah has a keen attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. With years of experience in the field, Deborah excels in maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing administrative support. A project engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering, Devin has supported the completion of project and process engineering deliverables including process design, project methodology, and industry conventions for projects including an FEL-2 stage for Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS).

With a decade of experience in financial accounting, Dominique is a dedicated, hands-on Controller with a strong track record in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance. She has a proven ability to implement efficient financial systems, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to enable strategic decisions at Nexus PMG. Jake holds a degree in mechanical engineering and previously worked at a large corporate EPC firm as a design engineer, project engineer and project manager before joining Nexus PMG to develop innovative and practical solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

An expert in business development and origination, Jeff oversees Nexus PMG’s new business and expansion opportunities from an advisory level to full execution. With a background in leading business development and commercial activities for global companies across energy, sustainable infrastructure, and EPC, Jeff is supporting Nexus PMG’s clients active in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure markets. Before joining Nexus PMG, Jeff led and supervised operations and strategy for energy and commodity companies, driving business development and company initiatives to own and operate industrial assets globally, in addition to managing accounts throughout the Americas, Europe and several in Southeast Asia.

A Senior Project Engineer, Joe has been working in the power industry for over 40 years. He began his career in control systems, which provided him with an exposure to the full range of plant systems. Since then, Joe has worked with a wide range of power generation technologies, from nuclear to biomass, supervising up to 100 engineers on projects located around the world.

With a degree in Operations Management, Joseph serves as a Business Risk Analyst at Nexus PMG, where he supports engineering deliverables production and project management activities. Joseph focuses on project development and execution and has conducted risk analysis and project controls activities including project scheduling, cost estimations and labor tracking.

A technical professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Kevin has led engineering teams on billion-dollar projects in the decarbonization sector. Through the years, he has demonstrated repeated success in developing and completing projects on time, on budget and within quality frameworks. Kevin is an expert at providing consultative support to senior executives and business unit managers on a diverse range of operations, focusing onidentifying and implementing the unit cost reduction opportunities. Driven by data, Kevin is highly skilled in establishing and managing KPIs to drive project success for Nexus PMG’s clients.

An experienced engineer with a background in traditional and specialty chemicals and biological processes, Kevin has experience working with both small, private companies and large corporate EPCs. Having been on the owner/developer side and on the consultant side, he knows how to lead technical teams to collaborate closely with owners and third party entities to deliver a cohesive work product. Kevin is also experienced in providing technical input into financial models and insight into how applicable government and federal credits can be applied for projects.

With 13 years of accounting experience, LaRon is the Senior Accountant at Nexus PMG. He is passionate about adopting systems and processes to streamline efficiency for Nexus PMG’s customers and the growth of the business. Prior to joining Nexus PMG, LaRon held roles at Circor International, SC Telco Federal Credit Union, Teijin Carbon Fibers in Greenwood SC and RENK Corporation.

For over three decades, Lloyd has provided legal counsel in risk analysis and management, vendor qualification and the drafting and negotiation of contracts. He also has supported compliance requirements with contractual, financial, and environmental and other regulatory requirements. Lloyd has worked in energy, construction, and EPC (both conventional and renewable), as well as telecommunications and other technologies. In his career, Lloyd has served primary project counsel to teams prospecting and developing more than 60 projects simultaneously. Lloyd received a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.

Matt has successfully led multiple high profile due diligence efforts and distressed asset turnarounds. Prior to joining Nexus PMG, Matt was responsible for execution oversight of construction and fabrication for a leading EPC firm. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, construction, commissioning, and start-up on a wide range of projects in both domestic and international locations.

As Manager of Engineering, Michael oversees all project phases, from initial development to closeout and asset turnaround. He specializes in electrical and controls engineering and in creating and managing project execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, project teams, vendors, and contractors. Additionally, Michael is responsible for conducting project due diligence, preparing IE reports and reviewing financial models, developing contracts for investors and developers, Internally, he has been a key contributor to the growth of Nexus PMG’s engineering team and capabilities.

With a degree in biosystems engineering, Rachel supports with front-end engineering design work, creating piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), site layouts, and heat and mass balances. She leverages her experience in professional drafting to deliver high-quality deliverables to Nexus PMG’s clients.

A seasoned global leader in engineering, construction and technology solutions for the energy sector, Ross has over two decades of operations, project management and development experience. Ross has successfully led multiple initiatives and contracts for renewable energy projects for multinational companies, and is responsible for creating strategic alliances and leading renewable energy and EPC project deployments at Nexus PMG. During his career, Ross has worked at some of the largest EPC and energy companies in the world. Ross holds an MBA from the University of Houston is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also serves as an active Board Member of the Association for the Capital Projects Engineering & Construction Community, commonly known as ECC.

Experienced in project cost engineering and project management, Ryan has successfully managed projects in EPC markets ranging from government contracts in Africa to life sciences in the U.S. He ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and is prepared to implement contingency plans when necessary. Ryan aligns project objectives with organizational goals, optimizes resource utilization, and contributes to business growth. He prioritizes effective communication with clients to coordinate efforts, set expectations, and mitigate issues that may occur during a project lifecycle. Ryan holds an MBA from Clemson University.

A Senior Project Engineer with a degree in biosystems engineering, Samantha specializes in first-of-a-kind technologies and unique biological systems. Responsible for developing comprehensive design packages and project assessments, Samantha is able to fill in gaps and identify project needs from creating a robust execution strategy to implementing the newest technology. She balances pushing the limits of projects while maintaining a solid foundation and has believes that long-term client relationships are critical to ensure project trust and success.

With two decades of experience, Shep began his career in manufacturing before transitioning into design engineering world as a process and project engineer at a large EPC company for 12 years. Shep collaborates with clients to determine and define project needs, develop feasible engineering solutions and coordinate with EPC contractors. Besides providing oversight to a team of engineers, he generates equipment specifications, scopes of work for contractor bids, commissioning checklists, and functional descriptions, and performs process calculations. Shep has worked across a wide range of industries including RNG, BECCS, Advanced Recycling, Biomass, Biofuels, Green Hydrogen and much more.

A senior drafter, Zach is adept at balancing attention to detail with efficiency and maintains an expansive proficiency of numerous computer programs used by several industries. Prioritizing proficiency, efficiency, and precision, he has a strong aptitude in designing with purpose and functionality, and communicating rationale to support client goals.
