Nexus PMG provided onsite and home office project management and project controls resources to assist with project rebaseline efforts including establishing the project baseline percent complete and to-go scope of work; analysis of general contractor’s proposed schedule through project completion, creation and maintenance of a logically tied baseline schedule (Primavera) broken down by work package, evaluation of existing project cost baseline, assessment of any outstanding change orders / claims and establishment of new cost baseline and forecast, establish project controls tracking tools and project reporting formats. Follow on scope included field and home office engineering services and assistance with subsystem turnover package development and commissioning and startup plan development.
