Nexus PMG was contracted to provide early stage project development services for a 150,000 ton wood pellet plant. Scope deliverables included establishment of an initial estimated cost baseline, project development schedule & implementation plan, project risk register, review and evaluation of commercial contracts, from fiber supply agreements through to offtake contract. Engineering scope deliverables included responsibility for process flow diagrams, overall plant layout, major equipment list, constructability review and a utility assessment.
