Thankful to so many, but especially my wife

As I look back on 2019, I can’t help but reflect on the things I am thankful for, both professionally and personally.

Professionally, I am thankful my business partners pushed me to chase my passion for entrepreneurship. I would have never co-founded Nexus PMG (or Cloud EPC) if it was not for them scaffolding around the insecurities of believing in myself. Fast forward six incredible years and 2019 has been one of the best growth years for our business. This is a very humbling experience. The growth of Nexus PMG is directly correlated to our fantastic team, of which I have no words that can express my gratitude. The personal sacrifices everyone has made contributes to what makes our organization so special. The culture and team we are building is second to none.

None of this would be possible without my family. I love my children more than anything in this world. I am thankful for the happiness and joy they bring into my life. However, my equation for happiness includes elements of my professional and personal life, and one could not exist without the other. If I did not have professional fulfillment, I could not balance my happiness. The bridge between those two worlds is my beautiful wife, Manisha. She is instrumental in creating an environment that allows me to meet the demanding requirements of a high-growth company while attempting the impossible feat of staying sane raising a four-year-old and a two-year-old.

In 2019, I spent ~40% of my total workdays away from home. This equates to 35 of 52 weeks traveling the United States. This lifestyle is not for everyone, and so many at Nexus PMG sacrifice so that our collective vision of building a company we can all be proud of can become a reality. Thank you to everyone that is instrumental in making Nexus PMG a special place to work. A very special shout out to Manisha, who continues to support me every day so I can pursue my passion.
