Seat at the Table: BIPOC & Women Sustainability Leaders (2021)
In the wake of the hardships that many have faced in 2021, the climate crisis and deep fissures of inequity in America and the world have never been so apparent. Yet among the dismantling of normal as we know it, BIPOC and women leaders have continued breaking glass ceilings while showing that building back better means filling more seats at the table with diverse perspectives.
We’ve had the opportunity to hear from dozens of diverse leaders and innovators on the Bigger Than Us podcast this year. Guests share their career paths, current endeavors, motivators, and lessons learned in life and business. Collectively, their stories and ideas represent the diverse role models and insights society needs to solve the most pressing issues of our time.
We invite you to tune into Seat at the Table, a Bigger Than Us Spotify playlist featuring women and BIPOC innovators in the cleantech, green tech, and sustainability sectors. Or listen and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts.
