Nexus PMG Expands Headquarters in Dallas, Texas to House Rapid Company Growth

As Nexus PMG garners more clients and expands its services, the firm has built out its headquarters in Dallas, Texas to accommodate its rapid growth. Known as Nexus PMG’s central hub, the Dallas office will continue to house the core management team, including Ben Hubbard (CEO), Roshan Vani (COO), Paul Hammond (CFO), and Tim Murphree (CTO). It will also be the main location for execution of the firm’s infrastructure investment advisory services, and management of the firm’s software subsidiary, Cloud EPC.

“We have found a long-term home in DFW and will continue to grow our presence in Dallas leveraging the thriving business culture. The quality of the resources that are available in the area is second to none which serves as the backbone to our ongoing success”, states CEO Ben Hubbard. Nexus PMG has outgrown its current space and has no choice but to add additional office space to enable the firm to continue thriving for many years to come. The firm has secured four new offices surrounding their current headquarters and are on the lookout for additional space nearby.

The Dallas headquarters will spearhead a core pillar of Nexus PMG’s offerings: infrastructure investment advisory services. This includes services such as performing technical, operational and financial due diligence, assessing investment sensitivities, monitoring construction, and overseeing the commissioning and startup phases of projects. Nexus PMG touts a bench of senior technical subject matters experts, skilled plant operators, financial modelers and a diverse network of partnerships across several industries that empower clients to use the organization as a one-stop shop. This also enables the firm to more accurately evaluate and quantify investment risk & sensitivities.

The Dallas office will also bolster the Abilene and Greenville offices by supplying them with qualified, pre-vetted projects. The Abilene and recently-opened Greenville offices are focused on project execution, project development services, and front-end engineering design efforts. As projects come through Dallas for due diligence and investment advisory, the team can then pass those projects onto the other locations for execution and oversight.

“None of this would be possible without our amazing team,” says Roshan Vani, Chief Operating Officer. “Our continued focus on delivering a quality service to add value to our clients remains one of our core operating principles. The growth we have seen in the last year is a reflection of that quality service.”
