Chris is a senior partner of Nexus with deep technical and operations management experience across a wide range of low-carbon infrastructure asset classes. Chris has led many of Nexus PMG’s highest profile due diligence engagements utilizing his process engineering background from Jacobs Engineering and Fluor, and his advisory knowledge gained over 10 years as a partner at Nexus PMG. Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

With a decade of experience in financial accounting, Dominique is a dedicated, hands-on Controller with a strong track record in optimizing processes and ensuring compliance. She has a proven ability to implement efficient financial systems, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to enable strategic decisions at Nexus PMG. Dominique’s leadership fosters a collaborative environment, focused on transparency, integrity and growth.

A Senior Project Engineer, Joe has been working in the power industry for over 40 years. He began his career in control systems, which provided him with an exposure to the full range of plant systems. Since then, Joe has worked with a wide range of power generation technologies, from nuclear to biomass, supervising up to 100 engineers on projects located around the world.

A technical professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Kevin has led engineering teams on billion-dollar projects in the decarbonization sector. Through the years, he has demonstrated repeated success in developing and completing projects on time, on budget and within quality frameworks. Kevin is an expert at providing consultative support to senior executives and business unit managers on a diverse range of operations, focusing onidentifying and implementing the unit cost reduction opportunities. Driven by data, Kevin is highly skilled in establishing and managing KPIs to drive project success for Nexus PMG’s clients.

For over three decades, Lloyd has provided legal counsel in risk analysis and management, vendor qualification and the drafting and negotiation of contracts. He also has supported compliance requirements with contractual, financial, and environmental and other regulatory requirements. Lloyd has worked in energy, construction, and EPC (both conventional and renewable), as well as telecommunications and other technologies. In his career, Lloyd has served primary project counsel to teams prospecting and developing more than 60 projects simultaneously. Lloyd received a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.

Matt has successfully led multiple high profile due diligence efforts and distressed asset turnarounds. Prior to joining Nexus PMG, Matt was responsible for execution oversight of construction and fabrication for a leading EPC firm. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, construction, commissioning, and start-up on a wide range of projects in both domestic and international locations.

As Manager of Engineering, Michael oversees all project phases, from initial development to closeout and asset turnaround. He specializes in electrical and controls engineering and in creating and managing project execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, project teams, vendors, and contractors. Additionally, Michael is responsible for conducting project due diligence, preparing IE reports and reviewing financial models, developing contracts for investors and developers, Internally, he has been a key contributor to the growth of Nexus PMG’s engineering team and capabilities.
